Property Description

Located just a couple of hundred meters from Iconic Mt Martha South Beach, this Holiday House is perfect for a family getaway. You get a real bush feel as you turnoff the unmade road into the driveway surrounded by native flora.

Entry to the single level house off the front balcony. There is an open plan area of Living/Kitchen/Dining. Living area has a large couch, fireplace, Flat screen Smart Tv and large Fan. Kitchen comes with Dishwasher, Stove, Oven and Fridge. Dining Room seats six people.

There are Three bedrooms, a 2nd living area with Sofa Bed for 1, Two Bathrooms and a Laundry with Washing Machine.

This house is very airy as flyscreens are added to most windows. Outside is a large back garden and lawn.

Prices

December 15th – January 15th —– $3300 per week

Other times —- $3000 per week

Security Deposit —- $1000

Ask for a quote for any stays less than 7 nights

Bedroom 3  – Queen Bed – Indoor Outdoor  – sleep under a roof surround by walls and Flyscreens instead of Windows. This room offers the ultimate in freshness and is perfect for Summer. Room is bordered on one side by a fish moat and has door access directly to the house.

LOCAL ATTRACTIONS

Very close walk to South Beach and Mt Martha Shopping Village.

300m walk to Mt Martha Primary which has large oval and Basketball courts for public use Mt Martha Tennis Club next to the beach. Short Drive to Mornington Peninsula Wineries, Surf Beaches, Coastal Walks, Golf Courses and restaurants.
