Great base to explore the beautiful Mornington Peninsula or for winery, spa, markets and golf weekends. The split level home has a spacious airy feeling, but is very private. It is centrally located close to beach & the village – you can just leave your car in the off street parking (2) and walk everywhere.

Winter -relax in the comfy leather sofas in the warmth of central heating or gas fire. Come back to the warm central heated house after a beach stroll, national park walk or a local winery or attraction visit.

We enjoyed our stay at Mornington Town House near the Beach
Gregory S - 5th February 2024This comfortable modern house provided everything we needed for our two-week stay at Mornington for Christmas and New Year. The location is convenient for both beach and town. Lilo Café at Fisherman's beach and local shops in Wilson's Road are only a few minutes' walk away. The accommodation is well organised with bedrooms, living areas and bathrooms on both levels, providing separate zones when needed for older and younger members of the family. The outdoor spaces are private and quiet.
