Allocate’s directors Alex and Andrew Levy have been visiting the Mornington Peninsula all their lives and in 2012 they relocated with their young family to live permanently on the Peninsula. As a result Alex and Andrew started a holiday rental and property maintenance business.
Our services range from Holiday House Letting, cleaning, and any maintenance that requires organisation on the Mornington Peninsula.
The name Allocate is a play on the couple’s initials – AL. Locate – because Alex (fondly known as Al) and Andrew Levy will assist you in locating your perfect holiday rental!
Having holiday rentals in their portfolio, Allocate are a one-stop shop for holiday house owners. They are always on the hunt for new properties to cater for the demand in holiday rentals, and they offer low management fees.
