This charming holiday house is perched high on McCrae Hill, nestled in a peaceful and quiet street. It is conveniently located near Arthurs Seat State Park and several scenic Bay Hiking Trails, all within walking distance.
McCrae's location is in the centre of the Mornington Peninsula making the house close to all the Bay and Surf Beaches. Anthony's Nose is the locals favourite beach.
Upon entering, you'll find a spacious Living/Dining area. The living room is furnished with comfortable couches, a Smart TV, and features a Split System for both air conditioning and heating. The dining area comfortably seats 6 guests.
The rustic kitchen comes equipped with appliances, including a microwave and a Delonghi Nespresso Coffee Machine. There is also a kitchen table that seats 3 people.
Through the living area, you'll step out onto the outdoor balcony offering bay views. The balcony is furnished with an outdoor dining set for 4, an umbrella for shade, and 2 lounges for relaxation.
There is off-street parking as well as street parking available.
Please note that the downstairs portion of the house is locked, but you can access the backyard via the side of the house.

No laundry facilities available (a laundromat is located in the village).
Pets on Application - must receive owners permission - note garden fencing is not fully secure.

Master Bedroom: Queen bed, pedestal fan and Walk-In Robe (note: the master bedroom has its own separate entrance from the front garden as well as through the house).
