Upstairs Open plan area and adjoining balcony look straight out onto the Bay. Double glazed sliding glass doors separate balcony and upstairs living.
Open plan has reverse cycle air conditioning.
Living includes wall mounted Smart Tv, Dvd, Apple Tv, couches and chair
Indoor and outdoor dining available upstairs.
Kitchen has all appliances including microwave and coffee machine (Breville Pods)
Balcony has lounges, table, benches + chairs,bar fridge, Weber and multiple umbrellas.

Downstairs living includes gas fireplace, wall mounted Smart Tv, Dvd, Apple tv and Bean Bags.
Outside rear of house is patio with table, chairs and umbrellas. There is a basketball ring at end of driveway and table tennis table at rear of car port.

The house also has wifi, laundry with washing machine and dryer, outdoor shower with hot and cold water on return from the beach.

    Incredible views and space galore

    Great place to stay for a large group with multiple living areas to choose from. The expansive gardens gave the property a feeling of tranquility. The panoramic views of the bay made this a memorable stay.
