Welcome to Byron, a cosy coastal 70s beach house in Mount Martha, just a short walk from the beach and local shops.
The home sleeps up to 8 guests across four bedrooms and has a simple, relaxed feel that’s perfect for a laid-back beach holiday. There are two living areas, giving everyone a little space to relax, watch TV or settle in after a day out.
The kitchen has everything you need for your stay, including a microwave and coffee machine, and there’s a BBQ outside for easy meals. The home has ducted heating and a gas fireplace for cooler months, along with air conditioning and ceiling fans for summer.
Outside, the large lawn is great for kids to run around and there’s an outdoor basketball ring for some friendly competition. There’s also outdoor seating where you can enjoy a morning coffee or an easy meal together.
Wi-Fi, bed linen and bath towels are provided. The property is pet friendly with owner approval and has off-street parking for up to three cars.
With the beach and shops just a short walk away, Byron is a great base for enjoying Mount Martha and the Mornington Peninsula, with local cafes, restaurants and golf courses all nearby.
