Large bi-fold windows open the space to the covered alfresco, creating an easy connection between indoor and outdoor living. Double-glazed windows add to the sense of privacy and quiet, while gas ducted heating, split-system air conditioning (covers the open plan living area) , ceiling fans and an open fireplace ensure comfort in every season.
The entertainer's kitchen is finished with quality Smeg appliances, an inbuilt barista-style coffee machine and everything you need for a relaxed stay. There is indoor dining for 6–8 guests, a breakfast bar for four and comfortable lounges with a Smart TV.
Outside, the covered alfresco area is set up for long lunches and relaxed evenings, with overhead heaters, outdoor dining for eight, a BBQ and a hanging egg chair. The fully fenced private gardens are also home to the property's standout feature — a dedicated wellness complex with a cedar hot tub, cold plunge bath and huge sauna overlooking the gardens. An outdoor hot water shower completes the space.
There is also a dedicated laptop workspace with desk and chair in the main living area, making the home well suited to guests who need to work while away.
Parking is available on property beyond electric gates.
Note - garage is locked up with owners possessions.
