Property Description

The Best of beachside tranquillity & convenient location with alfresco entertainment on two levels over looking stunning views , a perfect retreat to share with family or friends. It’s full of light and has gorgeous views of both bush and bay.
Located in a very quiet street, high up on Mt Martha, the views are outstanding from both the large balcony and the newly renovated and appointed open plan living upstairs.
You can’t help but unwind & relax sitting watching the bay views during the day and the city lights at night.
Great base to explore the beautiful Mornington Peninsula or for winery, spa, markets and golf weekends. The split level home has a spacious airy feeling, but is very private.
Summer – relax on the balcony  or in air conditioned comfort upstairs in the Open plan area. Upstairs includes new modern kitchen with microwave and coffee machine, Dining that can seat between 6 – 10 people and Living with Sofa Bed, Tv and Dvd. There is a 4 burner BBQ on the balcony and outdoor table and chairs.
Winter -relax in the comfy sofas in the warmth of central heating. Come back to the warm central heated house after a beach stroll, national park walk or a local winery or attraction visit.
There’s ducted central heating, a Heat Exchanger and air-conditioning.

Overall it’s a nice house to stay. The best part is the balcony where you can see the beach view and it located not far from the beach. Kitchen is well designed and it has everything you need. Recommend for family and group of friends to stay. Julia, Dec 2019
