Downstairs area opens to Pool deck with solar heated pool with slide and Brand New Spa.
Pool lounges, table + chairs and Weber on pool deck with Bay Views.
Laundry with Washing Machine and Dryer.

Upstairs has Open Plan Living has split system.
Couches and table, large Smart Tv and indoor Dining.
Kitchen has Island Bench + 4 stools and includes microwave and Coffee Machine (Nespresso Pods)
