The whole house has ducted heating and cooling, wifi and multiple living areas both indoor and outdoor.
Featuring 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms this house would suit an extended family or a couple of families to share.
There is off street parking for up to 6 cars.

Downstairs of house has large Lounge area with Couches, Smart Tv with Sound Bar, Bookcase, Dvd + Library.
This area opens to rear Outdoor Entertaining , with large table + chairs (8 guests) undercover with lighting, BBQ and Enclosed Electric Heated Swim-Spa.
Laundry with washing machine and dryer.

Upstairs is Open Plan Living and large deck with outdoor furniture, table + chairs (undercover) and BBQ.
There is a large split system that cools or heats this area.
Kitchen has large bench and all modern appliances including steam oven and conventional oven, large Butlers Pantry with Microwave and Coffee Machine (Delonghi Pods).
Indoor Dining seats 8-10 guests.
Living Area has couches and chairs, ceiling fan, gas fireplace and large wall mounted Smart Tv.
There is a Powder Room off this open plan area.

Bathroom x 2 - there are 2 bathrooms between 3 bedrooms downstairs - each bathroom has shower, toilet and basin
Therefore Bedroom 2 or 3 can choose to have its own private ensuite if desired.

    The house was very comfortable to stay in. The balcony overlooking the bay was spectacular especially New Years Eve. The rooms were very comfortable. The top level was very comfortable.
