Across the road from your Holiday House is Sandy Mornington Beaches.
A short walk is Main Street Mornington with all its Cafes, Restaurants, Fashion and Supermarkets. There is even a Cinema in close walking distance.

This Modern 2 Storey House is located in a quiet Cul De Sac – yet is walking distance to all Mornington has to offer.
Each room has Air Conditioning !!
There are 3 bedrooms and two additional Sofa Beds that are available in separate living areas.
The Ground Floor has a large study next to the entrance, which can be used as an Adult separate living area. There are also 2 bedrooms on the ground floor which share a living area with TV and DVD player.
The Ground Floor has a Bathroom, Shower and Toilet, as well as a Laundry with Washing Machine and Dryer. Outside of the living area is a large back yard ,paved and lawn featuring an above ground Spa Bath which seats 6 – 8 people.
There is also an outdoor table and 8 chairs upstairs.

Upstairs the views are outstanding, looking directly onto the bay facing the beautiful Mornington Yacht Club and Mornington Pier.
Large open plan living/dining/kitchen is very spacious.
The Kitchen has all Modern Appliances and includes a walk in Pantry.
The Dining Area consists of a Round Table with seats for up to 8.
The lounge area has Comfortable Couch and Chairs looking onto a large Plasma Screen with stereo and DVD
Open the sliding door onto a balcony with Webber BBQ connected to mains gas, table and 5 chairs.

The Master Bedroom is also found upstairs, and comes with WIR and Ensuite featuring both Bath and Shower. Additional fan and flat screen TV in this bedroom.There is also a separate balcony connected to the Master Bedroom – somewhere for the parents to sunbake privately !

Upstairs also has another powder room.

Sliding doors on property have child locks.
2 car garage also has a 2nd refrigerator if required.

This Holiday House is perfect for one or two families who desire to be right on the beach and close walking distance to Main street Mornington.

There is a Sofa Bed – which sleeps 2 people in both the study and downstairs living

PRICES:

SCHOOL HOLIDAYS – $4000 PER WEEK

NON HOLIDAYS – $3500 PER WEEK

WEEKENDS – $1800 FOR 2 NIGHTS

SECURITY DEPOSIT – $1500
