A welcoming entry hall opens into a light filled spacious lounge, complete with a large designer modular couch, comfortable arm chairs and wall mounted Smart TV.  Sliding doors open onto a sandstone paved entertainment area, lush lawns and garden.

A superb, modern open plan kitchen and dining area, seating eight, offers Miele appliances (gas cooktop, oven and dishwasher), Nespresso coffee machine, microwave and all the essentials for those who love to cook.

Bi-fold doors open the kitchen and dining area onto the alfresco entertainment area and the magnificent gardens, where a BBQ and the beautifully lit evening garden can be enjoyed.

A large, spacious laundry houses a Miele washing machine and dryer.

The property features a double carport accessed by electronic gates and provides off street parking for four cars.  Pedestrian access is via a coded security gate.

·         December and January –  $6,000 per week or $1,000 per night (minimum 5 nights)

·         Other times  – $3,500 per week or $600 per night (minimum 4 nights – excluding weekends)

·         Easter Long Weekend (4 nights) – $4,000

·         Weekends (2 nights) – $2,000

·         Long Weekends (excluding Easter) – $3,000

·         Security Bond – $2,000
