Property Description

Located a minutes drive from the beach, yet set back in a secluded bush setting. Havana offers the best of both worlds – easy access to all that Rye has to offer, yet private enough to be away from the noise of the foreshore. Havana is an elevated, 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom property which has been recently modernised and renovated.

Set in a triangular block, Havana is set up in the trees with views of the bush setting. This provides for a usable, protected under cover area below the house for barbecuing and relaxing, and a rear deck for stretching out and taking it all in. The more observant may also find the hammock strung between trees, and while away the hours with a book and a cold drink.

The house itself has been recently and lovingly refurbished. Taking inspiration from the natural environment, bush living and its relaxed setting, Havana offers a cozy and inviting home for you to stay in.

The living area is laid out in an open plan arrangement, allowing you to relax and talk, watch television, imbibe in your favourite board games, clear an area for entertaining or simply sit back and snooze the afternoon away.

The kitchen is well proportioned and provides microwave, cooktop, and oven for those inclined to cook indoors. More importantly there’s a dishwasher to take the pain out of cleanup, a large fridge to store all your weekends needs and drinks and a espresso machine to jump start the day!

Two generous bedrooms each offer queen bedding, rugs, side tables as well as storage and hanging space. The east facing bedroom has the added convenience of a flat panel TV. Both bedrooms have convection heaters which quickly heat the rooms up on chilly nights.

Shown below are our various seasons, rates and booking calendar which shows our year round pricing & availability.  The refundable bond for each stay (except during Schoolies* period) is $500.
