A resort-style family coastal oasis awaits in this contemporary three/four bedroom family home, nestled amongst the trees in Mount Martha with breathtaking Port Phillip Bay views from two balconies and a heated outdoor pool and spa.
Featuring multiple entertaining areas, WiFi, completed with heated swimming pool, spa, cubby house, sunken trampoline and
synthetic turf play area for the kids. Ducted heating throughout and reverse cycle air-conditioning units in all living areas and bedrooms. Take a beautiful evening sunset walk around the hills of the neighbourhood or play with the kids at the nearby Mount Martha Park.
The main open plan living area features a large modern kitchen, with island bench and four stools; all modern appliances including a microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and wireless WiFi speaker.
The large dining table seats 8 guests (highchair available for children). The living room features a warming combustion wood fireplace and a wall mounted 55-inch Smart TV complete with Netflix and a wireless speaker.
Stackable sliding doors open to an outdoor entertaining oasis where the decked alfresco balcony and BBQ area overlooks Port Phillip Bay and the pool deck below. It has undercover dining for 8 guests and 3 burner BBQ and sink.
The solar heated pool and gas heated spa features decked surrounds with sun loungers and an undercover lounge with a wall mounted TV (with Apple TV). There’s a large side garden for kids to play plus a sunken trampoline and cubby house.
There are two bedrooms on the entrance/ground level with a theatre/rumpus room which which can also sleep two more people.
The large, private upstairs master suite has a king size bed, walk-in robe and modern ensuite with a large double shower. It features a private balcony offering spectacular Bay views – the perfect place to enjoy the Peninsula’s spectacular sunsets.
Bedroom two features a queen bed and built-in robe. Bedroom three is perfect for the kids with a tri-bunk (double bottom, single top).
The large rumpus/ theatre room has a wall mounted 50-inch Smart TV. It doubles as a fourth bedroom with a double sofa bed.
The ground floor also features a family bathroom with a separate shower and deep soak freestanding tub. There’s a separate toilet/powder room and a complete laundry containing washing machine and dryer, iron/ironing board.
The double remote garage has internal access to the house. A port-a-cot is available for babies.
December/January: $6000 per week or $900 per night (minimum 5 nights)
February /March: $750 per night, minimum 3 nights
$2600 long weekends (Easter, Queens Birthday, Grand final etc)
All other times: $650 per night, minimum 3 nights
Security Bond: $2000 per stay
