Upstairs has open plan kitchen/dining/living with reverse cycle air conditioner and fireplace. Kitchen has bench with 3 stools, modern appliances including microwave. Dining seats up to 10 guests. Living has large couch and Smart Tv with Netflix.

This space opens to large balcony with uninterrupted beach and bay views. Balcony has lounges, couch and BBQ.

There is plenty of Off Street Parking and a garage that opens to laundry with washing machine and dryer. Access to huge back yard is through laundry door.

Back yard perfect for kids, cricket matches, soccer or parking a boat.

2nd Apartment has separate entry at front and comprises 2 bedrooms, air conditioned living area, shared bathroom and access to back yard. There is a Kitchenette with stove, oven, sink, microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge/freezer. Dining for 4 guests and living includes TV, couch and beanbag.

This house can be booked as a 6 or 4 bedroom holiday.

Dec 14 to Jan 20 2019    —   6 Bedroom —  $5500 per week      4 Bedroom — $4500 per week

Jan 20 2019 onwards —-    6 Bedroom  — $4000 per week    4 Bedroom — $3250 per week
